16 May 2013 update

In an email sent today to Linden Lab that day, in which we asked about recent statements, we argued our seriousness and professionalism since 2007 and the need for our clients including Francophones able to benefit from service in their own language and with local payment methods. Linden did not immediately respond to us by saying we had a solution to the study and could be provided quickly and soon be published on the blog secondlife.

We are closed! Indeed, following changes in the publication of the new Tos Secondife, we are forced to close our services. The currency exchange services are now "unauthorized" by Linden Lab. We considered reading the terms of Tos we had a period of 30 days to comply with these changes and take advantage of this time to inform our customers, but recent events lead us to believe that sanctions will fall. We hired a strength since May 7, leaving our open service, when we received the email from Linden Lab asking us to close without delay. However, we fear that Linden Lab does not penalize our clients, confiscating their money purchased on our website. It is easy for Linden Lab we remove our servers payments or we block our avatars. Therefore we will keep you informed if there is a change from Linden Lab about it. The consequences: Noting that 90% of our customers do not pay with a credit card, they can not continue their second life, but also the owners of clubs, shops of, land will be the first affected by this decision. For information, 80% of our turnover was achieved through micro-payment: SMS, Telephone, internet bill payment, prepaid cards. We will see in a few days the economic effects of this decision, but we believe this is only the prelude to the changes that will intervene in Secondlife. For those who want to know more you will find a summary of the situation on this blog: Blog Tos 2013 For those who understand the urgent need to take action, sign the petition : Petition 2013 Secondlife Tos
